This organic coffee is grown in the Marcala region of southwestern Honduras. It's a hand-picked blend of varieties (Catuai, Bourbon Red, and Typica) produced in very small batches. It offers notes of red berries, honey, caramel, and apricot.
At the Clave de Sol farm, coffee has been cultivated with passion for generations. Today, the farm is owned by Miriam Elizabeth Pérez, known to everyone as Betty, who strives to preserve the flora and fauna that surround her.
